COVID-19
Simple Ritual is continuing to make candles and fulfill orders. We are currently shipping at a slightly reduced schedule to practice physical distancing. Please allow a few extra days for delivery once your order has been shipped. Canadian postal services are experiencing delays in delivery times and are no longer guaranteeing delivery times. This applied to all our North American customers.

Shipping to Canada
Kindly allow 2-8 business days for your order to be processed and then shipped. I am so grateful for your patience as I craft your candle with care by hand. All orders ship from Mississauga, Ontario.

We currently offer a flat-rate fee of $12 for all shipping orders. You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 36 hours to update. 

In our effort to reduce our environmental footprint, our business uses recycled and sustainable shipping materials wherever possible.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been processed/shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact kayla@simpleritualcandles.ca with a description of what is damaged along with photos of the damaged product. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.

Exchanges
If you’re not satisfied with your order, send us an email at kayla@simpleritualcandles.ca. We can accept exchanges on new, unlit candles. Exchanges do not include shipping fees. As a growing small business, we aren’t currently able to cover exchange shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.
