COVID-19
Simple Ritual is continuing to make candles and fulfill orders. We are currently shipping a slightly reduced schedule to practice physical distancing. Please allow a few extra days for delivery once your order has been shipped. Canadian postal services are experiencing delays in delivery times and are no longer guaranteeing delivery times.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. If you’re not satisfied with your order, send us an email at kayla@simpleritualcandles.ca We can accept exchanges on new, unlit candles. Exchanges do not include shipping fees. As a growing small business, we aren’t currently able to cover exchange shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.
